Your checkout page shows "Missing Quotation Id" and guests cannot complete a booking.
Why this happens. The checkout page must contain only the shortcode [homerunner-checkout] and nothing else. When a content or SEO tool re-saves the page, it can replace the shortcode with rendered output or plain text, which breaks the checkout flow.
How to fix it. Restore the shortcode on the checkout page and check the other HomeRunner pages:
- In WordPress, go to Pages and find the page HomeRunner uses for checkout. Check HomeRunner Settings to confirm which page that is. It usually ends in /checkout/ or /checkout-2/.
- Make sure the page content is exactly
[homerunner-checkout]. Delete any plain text, headings, or pasted HTML and replace it with that shortcode. - Click Update.
- Check the other HomeRunner pages the same way. The guest dashboard page should contain
[homerunner-user-dashboard]and the booking confirmation page should contain[homerunner-confirmation]. - If you use a caching plugin or your host caches pages, clear the cache after saving.
- Start a test booking from a property page. The checkout page should display the property, dates, total, guest details fields, and card fields.
Preventing it. Exclude the checkout, guest dashboard, and confirmation pages from any bulk content rewrites, SEO tools, or page re-save operations. These pages hold only shortcodes and have no content to optimize.
