On a custom-designed site, some amenities on your property pages can appear without an icon.
Why this happens. Amenity icons on custom-designed sites come from a per-site icon library. When your property management system syncs in an amenity that the icon library does not yet cover, that amenity renders without an icon.
What you can do. Support fixes this by adding the missing icons to your site’s library. No action is needed in your PMS. Support can also add an automatic safeguard: any newly synced amenity that has no matching icon immediately receives a neutral placeholder icon instead of rendering blank, and custom artwork can be added later.
