Some abandoned-cart entries in your email platform show no arrival or departure dates and no revenue value. These entries come from property page views, not real checkout activity.
Why this happens. In HomeRunner Conversion Kit versions before 1.107.0, browsing a listing is incorrectly logged as a started checkout.
What you can do. Update to version 1.107.0 or later. This corrects the checkout-detection setting and removes browsing activity from cart tracking.
