When the AI Concierge tells a guest it has set their search filters, the property list on the page may stay the same.
What to do. Update the HomeRunner AI Concierge plugin to version 1.161.18 or later. You can update from Dashboard → Updates, or from Plugins → HomeRunner AI Search Enhancer → Update now.
How filters behave from version 1.161.18. When the concierge sets filters for a guest on a page that has the HomeRunner property search with its filter bar, the property list and its count update right away on the same page, with no reload. The page address carries the applied filters, so it can be shared. If a guest later asks the concierge to drop a filter (for example "any type of home is fine"), the grid widens to match. Filters the guest set in the search bar that the concierge does not manage, such as a price range, are kept.
Pages without a filter bar. Pages that only show a curated grid without a filter bar, such as a featured-homes block on the homepage, still send the guest to the main properties page with the filters applied.
