The AI Concierge tooltip or attention pulse does not appear on your property pages. This is almost always the built-in frequency capping, not a configuration problem.
Why this happens. The tooltip shows once per browser session. It is marked as "seen" the moment the chat window is opened, so if you have already interacted with the chat in that tab, the tooltip does not appear again until a new browser session. If the chat window was left open, it reopens on the next page, and all attention effects (tooltip and pulse) are skipped because attention is already on the chat. When the tooltip’s auto-show is enabled, the tooltip carries the attention on listing pages and the pulse defers to it.
How to check that it is working.
- Open a private or incognito window.
- Go directly to a listing page.
- Do not touch the chat.
The tooltip appears a few seconds after the launcher settles.
Check your settings. In WP Admin → AI Concierge → Property Page Experience, review Enable Property Page Chat, the Property Page Tooltip text, and the tooltip auto-show and delay controls.
