If you run the MCP Inspector command copied from the AI Agents page and see "Method is required" or "Transport type not specified", the command is missing flags. For this link shape, the Inspector needs both a transport flag and a method flag.
Run it as:
npx @modelcontextprotocol/inspector –cli "YOUR-AGENT-LINK" –transport http –method tools/list
This lists the three available tools (search_listings, get_listing, check_availability) and confirms that your link is live.
To try a real query, replace the method with –method tools/call –tool-name search_listings. You can also drop –cli entirely to open the interactive Inspector UI instead.
