Ship rental sites without building the booking engine.
Design on the platform you already build with. HomeRunner supplies search, property pages, booking and checkout, synced to each client’s PMS, so your team builds the site, not the booking engine. Live today on WordPress and custom-coded sites.

How it works
One booking engine across every client you take on.
Each client connects their own PMS. HomeRunner imports listings, photos, rates and availability, renders search and property pages on the site you design, with checkout on the site or on the PMS’s hosted page depending on that PMS, and each reservation lands in the client’s PMS. You build the site. The booking layer is already built.
Your design
Any theme, builder or framework you already use. HomeRunner fills the pages you give it and does not impose a template.
Each client’s PMS
Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully, Lodgify, OwnerRez, Hospitable, Track, Streamline and more. Each client’s PMS stays the source of truth for rates, availability and reservations.
Platforms
WordPress (plugin and shortcodes) and custom-coded sites (drop-in widgets and API) are live today. Squarespace and Webflow are in early access.
Docs and support
Developer docs cover shortcodes, widgets, templates and conversion tracking. Our team answers implementation questions while a build is in progress.
The parts that usually eat a rental-site timeline are already done.
01
Design and build as usual
Start from the client’s brand on the platform you prefer. HomeRunner adds search and listings where you place them; checkout follows the client’s PMS.
02
Connect the PMS once
The client’s PMS connects to HomeRunner, and listings sync from then on. Existing listing content syncs from the PMS; missing fields and reviews may need separate setup.
03
Template or customise
Use the included property, explorer and checkout layouts as they are, or override the templates to match the design. A PMS-hosted checkout page keeps the PMS’s own layout.
04
Hand over or keep managing
Launch and hand the client their site, or keep the account under your agency and manage it for them.
Hudson Creative Studio, the agency behind HomeRunner, builds on it every week. Partners get the same tools, docs and support.
Getting started
From first conversation to first client launch.
Tell us about your studio and the kind of sites you ship. We set up your agency account and stay close through the first build.
The first build is where your team learns the tools. After that, each new client follows the same steps, with the PMS-specific setup confirmed up front.

The form on this page: the platforms you build on, the PMSs your clients use and how many rental sites you ship a year.
Agency account
We create your HomeRunner agency account. Your clients sit under it, each with their own PMS connection and site.
First build, with us alongside
Docs, templates and a direct line to our team while your first HomeRunner site goes up.
Repeat
Each new client is a new entry under your account. Same tools, same pricing.
Agency account
Every client under one login.
An agency account holds your clients as customers under your login. Each client has their own PMS connection and website. You see all of them in one dashboard and move between them without separate logins.
White-label delivery is available for studios that want HomeRunner behind their own brand. White-label and referral terms are agreed per agency, so tell us what you have in mind.
Not an agency? Property managers go live directly from Get started. Freelancers are welcome in the expert directory.
Two ways to partner
Build with HomeRunner, or refer and step back.
Some studios build every rental site on HomeRunner. Others introduce an operator and let us handle the setup. Both have a place in the programme.
Implementation partner
You design and build, and HomeRunner is the booking layer. Your clients sit under your agency account, and your studio can be listed in the expert directory.
Referral partner
You introduce an operator and we take it from there. Referral terms are agreed per agency. Ask when you get in touch.
HomeRunner charges a monthly subscription based on your listing tier, not a percentage of your bookings. The price is the same on every website platform.
Each client subscribes on their own listing tier. Agency and referral terms are agreed per studio.
They sit under your agency account as customers. Each has their own PMS connection, site and subscription, and you manage them from one dashboard.
Can we white-label HomeRunner?
Yes. White-label delivery is available. Tell us what you want your brand on and we will go through it with you.
Is there a referral fee?
Referral terms are agreed per agency. Ask when you get in touch.
Which platforms can we build on?
WordPress and custom-coded sites are live today. Squarespace and Webflow are in early access. See every platform.
Can we customise the property pages and checkout?
Yes, for the pages HomeRunner renders. The included layouts work as they are, and the templates can be overridden to match your design; a PMS-hosted checkout page keeps the PMS’s layout. The developer docs cover shortcodes, widgets, templates and tracking.
Who supports the client after launch?
Your choice. Hand the account to the client, or keep it under your agency and manage it for them. HomeRunner support covers the booking engine either way.
