Page shows a too many redirects error

A page on your website keeps redirecting and never loads, and your browser shows a too many redirects error.

Why this happens. A redirect rule on the site points that page back to itself, so the browser goes in a circle and gives up. This most often happens after a site migration, when redirect lists carried over from the old site include an entry for a page that still exists at the same address.

What to do. Contact support and report which page is affected. The fix is on the support side and is quick: support locates the redirect rule that points the page at itself and removes it, and the page loads normally again. No changes are needed on your end.
