Why HomeRunner
Your best channel is the one you own.
A marketplace listing is rented space, and you pay for it on every booking. A site you own works the other way: it stays when your tools change, and what you build on it stays built. HomeRunner puts a full booking engine on that site and leaves the ownership with you.

A few more details
The questions behind the decision.
Short answers here, the full reference on the FAQ page.
Full FAQDo I own the website?
Yes. HomeRunner runs on your site and your domain. The design and content are yours to change or build on whenever you like, and the search rankings the site earns stay with it. If you cancel HomeRunner, the website and its content stay yours; the booking engine stops.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
Never. Pricing is a flat monthly fee based on how many listings you run. Whatever your site earns is yours in full. See what the marketplaces cost you with the OTA fee calculator.
Do I have to rebuild my website?
No. It goes onto the site you already run, whatever it is built on, and works with your existing design. No redesign, no migration.
Does it work alongside my existing PMS?
Yes. HomeRunner connects through a secure two-way integration that pulls property data, availability and pricing from your PMS, sends bookings back when guests reserve, and keeps everything synchronised in real time. Your team keeps using the PMS it knows for operations, channel distribution and reporting.
Your next booking could land on your own site.
Connect your PMS, publish your listings, take the reservation. No rebuild, no contract, no cut of what you earn.
