Booking more than 12 months ahead

By default, guests can see and book dates up to 365 days ahead. You can extend this booking window to roughly two years.

Why both settings matter. Availability flows from your PMS through HomeRunner to your website, so guests always see the shortest window in the chain. You need to update the booking window on the HomeRunner platform and the settings on your WordPress site together.

Step 1: the platform booking window. For most PMS connections, the booking window lives on the HomeRunner side. You can update it from the dashboard, or support can raise it on request. After the window is raised, the full calendar is re-pulled from your PMS for all listings. For some PMSs (Hostfully, for example), the booking window is stored per property inside the PMS itself, and HomeRunner reads it during sync. In that case, make the change in your PMS first.

Step 2: your WordPress site. In your WordPress admin, go to HomeRunner Settings > Property Settings and expand the General section. Set both Maximum calendar days and Default booking window to the same target number of days. For example, use 547 for 18 months or 730 for two years. Two years is the furthest the HomeRunner platform will sync. Maximum calendar days is the site-wide ceiling on how far ahead visitors can browse. Default booking window is a fallback for properties that arrive from your PMS without their own booking window value.

Step 3: save and sync. Save your settings, run a property sync from the Sync Settings page, and clear any site caching.

After all three steps, guests can see availability and live pricing, and they can complete bookings for the full extended window.
