If the CSS and styling on your YOOtheme site look broken and you have a database backup from before the problem started, restoring that backup is usually not the fix. In most cases a database restore does not repair a styling problem, and it can cause real harm by erasing recent bookings and content changes.
Why this happens. YOOtheme stores its design settings in the database, but the styles your visitors see come from compiled CSS files stored on the server, not from the database directly. If those files are regenerated incorrectly, the styles break even though the database settings are intact.
What to do. Regenerate the theme’s stylesheet from the admin instead of restoring the database. If you are unsure, support can confirm whether your database is actually different before recommending a restore.
