When you try to open the GTranslate dashboard, you see an Access denied message or Error 1006 instead of the dashboard.
Why this happens. The block is on GTranslate’s side, not on your website or your GTranslate account. The GTranslate dashboard sits behind Cloudflare, and Cloudflare has temporarily blocked your specific internet connection. The block is almost always tied to one connection or IP address, so a different connection usually loads the dashboard normally.
What you can do.
- Try a different connection first. Turn WiFi off on your phone and open dashboard.gtranslate.io over cellular data, or connect your computer through a phone hotspot.
- If you are using a VPN, turn it off and try again.
- If the dashboard still does not load, contact GTranslate support and give them the Ray ID and the banned IP address shown on the error screen so they can find and remove the block.
