HomeRunner (“Service”) is a booking engine platform provided by Hudson Creative Studio (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes:

  • The types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit our website (homerunner.io) or use the Service.
  • Our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

1. Information We Collect and How We Collect It

  • Information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, phone number, and company details when you create an account, request a demo, or contact us.
  • Booking and property data — when you connect your Property Management System (PMS) to HomeRunner, we process property, reservation, and guest information on your behalf in order to provide booking engine functionality for your website.
  • Third-party service connections — when you connect a third-party service to HomeRunner, such as your PMS or Cloudflare, we store the access tokens or credentials needed to keep that connection working and use them only to provide the Service.
  • Billing information — payments for the Service are handled by third-party payment processors; we do not store full payment card details on our servers.
  • Automatically collected information — such as usage details, IP addresses, and information collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies as you navigate the website or Service.

Our website uses third-party analytics and advertising tools that collect information through cookies and similar technologies. These include Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (see the Google Privacy Policy), the Meta Pixel (see the Meta Privacy Policy), and Microsoft Clarity, a Microsoft service that captures how visitors interact with our pages, such as clicks and scrolling, so we can improve the site (see the Microsoft Privacy Statement). Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam. You can limit what these tools collect through your browser settings, as described in Section 4 below.

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including processing bookings through your connected PMS.
  • To present our website and its contents to you.
