The AI Booking Channel publishes your business name, phone, and contact email in the property schema and llms.txt. Since HomeRunner Toolkit 3.249.20, any Business identity field you leave blank inherits details already on your site. Each field shows a Publishing: value (source) caption so you can see exactly what is being published.
Business name. This uses the Reviews Page brand override if one is set. Otherwise it uses your site title from Settings → General.
Business phone. This uses the phone number entered in Rank Math → Titles & Meta → Local SEO (the Phone Number list), or the Reviews Page module’s telephone field. If no phone is on file, the schema omits the telephone entirely. To add one, fill in Rank Math Local SEO or type a number directly in the Business phone field and save.
Contact email. This uses the first address it finds, in this order: the email in Rank Math Local SEO, the reply-to address from HomeRunner’s guest-email settings, the sender address, then the WordPress admin email. If the caption warns that the address is not on your domain, type your business inbox in the Contact email field and save.
Overriding a default. Typing a value in any of the three fields always overrides the inherited default.
