A community name from your listing text shows up as a suggested search term in Keyword Search.
Why this happens. The Keyword Search feature in the Toolkit scans your listing descriptions and captions to build suggested search terms. The nearby-amenity rule, introduced in Toolkit 3.305.54, looks for sentences that place a feature near the home rather than at it, based on proximity or distance wording. When a community name appears in your text without any such wording around it, the rule does not detect it as a nearby reference and does not demote it, so it can still surface as a suggestion.
Hiding a specific term. To prevent a specific term from appearing in suggestions, open the Keyword Search settings in the Toolkit and hide that term from suggestions.
Checking the surrounding sentences. If community names or other location references surface unexpectedly, also check whether the sentences containing them include proximity language such as "nearby", "minutes away", or "available to guests". The nearby-amenity rule handles sentences that include those cues: the home stays in results, its card shows a neutral "Nearby" badge with the quoted sentence, and the term is left out of the suggestion counts.
Changing the rule’s behavior. A site can switch this rule to drop those homes from results entirely, or turn it off, through the filter hook hrtk_keyword_nearby_mode. The rule is included in every Toolkit release from 3.305.54 onward, including the current public version 3.341.1.
