The live human takeover feature in the AI Concierge currently connects to Slack only. There is no WhatsApp integration available at this time.
How it works. When a guest asks to speak with a person, the alert goes to your Slack workspace, where a team member can take over the conversation.
If your team does not use Slack. The recommended setup is to route the concierge’s lead-capture notifications to a shared email inbox. Your guests leave their question and contact details, and your team follows up from that inbox.
