You have AI Browser Tools enabled, and search_homes and get_home_details work, but check_stay and open_checkout return "This page does not offer the tool".
Why this happens. The check_stay and open_checkout tools depend on the booking widget’s first-party JavaScript API, which was introduced in HomeRunner core plugin version 2.7.0. If your site runs an older core plugin, the two search tools (search_homes and get_home_details) still work, but the two booking tools do not register.
How to fix it.
- Go to Plugins > Installed Plugins > HomeRunner.
- Install the latest version of the HomeRunner plugin.
- Reload a property page.
The AI Booking Channel feeds (llms.txt, the AI sitemap, per-listing pages, and the quote document) are not affected by this and continue to work on older plugin versions.
