When you go to PMS Connections > Configure > Settings, the dashboard may crash with the message ‘Application error: a client-side exception has occurred’. Your browser console shows a Radix UI error.
Why this happens. The crash occurs when a PMS connection includes a dropdown field with a blank default option, such as a ‘None’ or ‘Default’ choice. The dashboard component that renders PMS dropdown fields does not handle empty-string option keys safely, which causes the entire page to fail.
What you can do. A fix has been prepared that handles blank dropdown options correctly so the Settings page loads normally. If you still see this error, contact support to confirm the fix has been deployed to your dashboard.
