HomeRunner sends abandoned carts to SendSquared. This article explains when a cart is sent and what guest data goes with it.
When a cart is sent. A cart counts as abandoned once the recovery delay you set in the Conversion Kit has passed. The default delay is 60 minutes, and you can set anything from 15 minutes to 24 hours. HomeRunner sends eligible carts on the next hourly sweep after that delay, and each cart is sent only once.
Which carts are sent. Only carts with a captured guest email are sent, because SendSquared uses the email to match the guest. A guest who has opted out of Conversion Kit emails is never sent to SendSquared. A second cart from the same email address within the cooling window is not sent again.
What data is included. Each cart sent to SendSquared includes the guest email, the property link, a checkout link with the chosen dates and guest count, the arrival and departure dates, the guest count, the cart total, and the time the cart was abandoned. No payment details, passwords, or browsing history are included.
