Displaying Airbnb and Booking.com reviews

You can show your existing Airbnb and Booking.com reviews on your HomeRunner site by importing them from a CSV file.

  1. Export your reviews from the OTA platform to a CSV file.
  2. Import the file with the Toolkit’s Review Importer (https://homerunner.io/docs/toolkit-review-importer/).
  3. Display the reviews on your site with the Review Display features (https://homerunner.io/docs/toolkit-review-display/).

Limitation. Automated ongoing syncing of new reviews directly from Airbnb or Booking.com is not currently available. The CSV import is the supported path today.
