HomeRunner connects through Hostfully’s V3 API. Webhooks push Hostfully updates, such as new bookings and price changes, to HomeRunner near-instantly, and the connection also has an auto sync interval and a manual sync option.

You will need a website, HomeRunner and access to your Hostfully account, including its Agency Settings page. WordPress and custom-coded sites are live today; Squarespace, Webflow and Wix are in early access.

Sign up for a free HomeRunner account, then choose Hostfully when you add a new connection.
Connect your Hostfully account
Fill in the connection’s required fields and submit; HomeRunner connects through Hostfully’s V3 API and syncs your properties and availability.
Share your Agency UID
Give HomeRunner your Hostfully Agency UID so your properties can be displayed and searched, then review the imported listings, photos, availability and quotes on your site.
Choose a booking type and test checkout
Decide whether your properties take inquiries, booking requests or instant bookings, then run a test booking through checkout and check the resulting lead in Hostfully.
Bookings & payments
Choose the checkout that fits your setup.
Guests start a booking request or an instant booking on your site. HomeRunner creates an on-hold lead in Hostfully that blocks the dates, then sends the guest to a Hostfully-hosted checkout page. Once the guest pays, an instant booking is updated to BOOKED; for a booking request the guest authorizes the payment and the lead is updated to BOOKING_REQUEST. If the guest does not pay within 30 minutes, the dates are released and the lead is deleted.
An inquiry appears in Hostfully as a NEW lead. See how each booking type works. Direct checkout and external payment gateways are also supported for Hostfully. The gateways cover cases where Hostfully’s payment options do not meet your needs.

HomeRunner is a booking engine with a Hostfully integration. On WordPress it installs as a plugin; custom-coded sites are live too, with Squarespace, Webflow and Wix in early access. It is separate from Hostfully’s own plugin, the Hostfully Booking Widget, which embeds a booking widget so guests can view availability and send inquiries (one widget per site by default). HomeRunner brings your Hostfully properties into property search and booking pages on your site.
What do I need to connect Hostfully?
A website, a HomeRunner account and access to your Hostfully account. HomeRunner needs the Agency UID from your Hostfully Agency Settings page so your properties can be displayed and searched.
Do guests stay on my domain?
They search and start their booking on your site, and for a booking request or an instant booking they pay on a Hostfully-hosted checkout page. Direct checkout and external payment gateways are also supported for Hostfully.
