What a Wix setup would need.
Wix allows custom code only on sites with a Premium plan and a connected domain, and it places that code inside an iframe rather than on the page itself.
Everything else is the same as on any platform: a HomeRunner account, administrator access to your PMS and a payment setup that fits your PMS.

Yes. Operators do this with a HomeRunner expert or with Hudson Creative Studio. Your content and your domain move with you.
Is checkout on my domain?
It depends on your PMS. Several run the full checkout on your domain; others hand the final payment step to a PMS-hosted page. See feature support by PMS.
