Your AI booking channel is enabled and other AI assistants can read your site, but one specific assistant cannot.
Why this happens. When only one AI assistant is blocked while others work fine, the cause is almost always a user-agent rule on your web server or firewall, not a HomeRunner setting. Each AI assistant uses its own crawler identity: GPTBot for ChatGPT, ClaudeBot for Claude, and PerplexityBot for Perplexity. Your hosting firewall or a bot-protection rule can deny one of these identities while allowing the others.
What to do. Ask whoever manages your hosting or CDN to allowlist the user agent of the blocked crawler. Nothing needs to change inside WordPress or HomeRunner. Once your server allows the crawler, the feeds it needs (robots.txt, llms-full.txt, and the AI sitemap) become readable immediately.
