Your website still shows the old beds and rooms after you changed them in your PMS.
Why this happens. Bed and room details on your website are pulled automatically from your PMS through its API, so they cannot be edited manually on the website side. A manual change would be overwritten by the next sync. When your website disagrees with what your Guesty dashboard shows, the data Guesty publishes to its API is usually still the old value.
What you can do.
- Open the listing in Guesty, go to the Rooms & beds section, and re-save the room arrangement. Allow up to an hour for Guesty to publish the change.
- If your website still shows the old beds after that, the change is stuck inside Guesty between the dashboard and its API. Contact Guesty support and tell them that the listing ID shows the new bed type in the dashboard, but their Booking Engine API still returns the old bed type in the bedArrangements field.
- Once Guesty’s API reflects the change, your website updates automatically on the next sync. A manual sync can be triggered to make the update immediate.
