Own your channel
Rented space costs you on every booking.
Marketplaces rent you a listing. Template websites rent you a page. This is the case for the alternative: a site on your own domain that HomeRunner turns into a full booking engine and leaves in your hands.
Your best channel is the one you own
A marketplace listing is rented space, and you pay for it on every booking. Some websites are rented too. They last as long as a subscription does, and they change only as far as a template allows.
A site you own works the other way. It stays when your tools change, and what you build on it stays built. HomeRunner puts a full booking engine on that site and leaves the ownership with you.
Before working with Hudson Creative, our direct booking website was native to our STR-management platform and had limitations as far as allowing us to market our brand and thus, take advantage of its direct booking engine. Even just having the website on our custom URL was a bit of a challenge.
… With the help of Hudson Creative, we are now generating leads primarily through our direct booking website, notably increasing our profit margins.
-
Yours to keep
It lives on your domain. Swap any tool in your stack next year and the website is still standing.
-
Yours to shape
No template ceiling. Add the pages and features your brand needs, and redesign when you outgrow the last version.
-
Yours to build on
Search rankings and a guest list take years to earn. On a site you own, they keep adding up.

What ownership means in practice.
The answers operators ask for before they move their bookings home.
Full FAQDo I own the website?
Yes. HomeRunner runs on your site and your domain. The design and content are yours to change or build on whenever you like, and the search rankings the site earns stay with it. If you cancel HomeRunner, the website and its content stay yours; the booking engine stops.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
Never. Pricing is a flat monthly fee based on how many listings you run. Whatever your site earns is yours in full. See what the marketplaces cost you with the OTA fee calculator.
Do I have to rebuild my website?
No. It goes onto the site you already run, whatever it is built on, and works with your existing design. No redesign, no migration.
Which website platforms does it work with?
WordPress and custom-coded sites are live today. Squarespace, Webflow and Wix are in early access. See the website platforms.
Your next booking could land on your own site.
Connect your PMS, publish your listings, take the reservation. No rebuild, no contract, no cut of what you earn.
