Two accounts showing the same API key

If you have two dashboard accounts open in the same browser, both windows can show the same API key.

Why this happens. The dashboard holds one login per browser profile. When you sign into a second account in the same browser, that login takes over, and any window already open keeps showing the previous account’s cached information until it is hard-refreshed. The API keys for your accounts are separate and correct; the page is displaying a stale session.

Working with two accounts at the same time. Open the second account in an incognito window or a separate Chrome profile. Each window then shows its own key.

Switching between accounts. If you only need to switch, hard-refresh the page after logging into the other account.

Note. The dropdown in the dashboard header selects which PMS connection you are viewing inside the current account. It does not switch accounts or change the API key.
