On mobile screens, the Explorer map can show your property pins as a tight cluster on the right side of the map instead of spread across the full mapped area. On desktop, the same map looks correct.
Why this happens. The map’s framing logic depended on a layout element that is not present on some page layouts. When that element is missing, the automatic fit-to-pins logic is silently skipped every time.
How it is resolved. A HomeRunner Toolkit update changes how the map calculates and frames pin positions. The map now reads its bounds directly from the map rather than relying on the layout element. This is resolved once the HomeRunner Toolkit update is applied to your site.
