If a property title contains an ampersand (&), the Internal Search widget shows it as &.
Why this happens. This is a display issue in the Internal Search module. It is fixed in HomeRunner Toolkit version 3.112.1.
What to do. Update the HomeRunner Toolkit plugin to version 3.112.1 or later from Dashboard → Updates (or Plugins → Update). After the update, titles with special characters (&, apostrophes, quotes) display correctly and match searches typed with those characters. You do not need to change any settings or re-save your properties.
