AI Concierge settings page is blank

If you manage a large property portfolio, the HomeRunner AI Concierge settings page in wp-admin can appear blank.

Why this happens. This is a bug in the HomeRunner AI Concierge plugin that affects large property portfolios. It is fixed in version 1.109.1, released July 22, 2026.

What to do. Update the plugin to version 1.109.1 or later.

  1. In wp-admin, go to Dashboard → Updates.
  2. Click Check again if needed.
  3. Update HomeRunner AI Concierge to 1.109.1 or later.

After you update, the settings page loads normally. The Photo Analysis and Property KB tabs page through your properties 25 to 50 at a time and include a search box that covers your whole portfolio.
