Listings disappeared and then came back

Your property listings may have briefly disappeared from your HomeRunner site and then returned on their own, without any change on your side.

Why this happens. This is caused by a bug in how the HomeRunner plugin handles a temporary connection problem with the HomeRunner central system. When the sync process receives an empty response instead of an error, it misreads the missing data as meaning all listings have been deleted, and moves them to the trash. On the next sync cycle, when the connection recovers, the listings are restored automatically.

What has changed. A protective patch is now in place that blocks this from happening again. The patch requires the central system to explicitly confirm that a property is inactive before any listing can be removed. A temporary connection blip or an empty response no longer triggers any listings to be removed. A permanent fix is also being built into the core HomeRunner platform.
