On mobile, the AI Concierge chat button can sit on top of buttons in popups or search windows, so your guests cannot tap them.
Why this happens. In earlier versions of the HomeRunner AI Search Enhancer plugin, the chat launcher is a round button in the bottom corner of the screen, where it can overlap popup buttons. This is corrected in version 1.94.0.
How to fix it. Update the plugin from your WordPress dashboard (Dashboard > Updates). Most sites receive the update automatically within a day. No settings changes are needed. The new behavior is automatic after updating.
Version 1.94.0 includes two changes that work together:
- The chat launcher hides itself automatically whenever a full-screen popup (search window, mobile menu, image lightbox) is open, and returns when the popup closes.
- On mobile, the launcher is a slim tab on the right edge of the screen, about a quarter of the way up, out of the zone where popup action buttons, cookie notices, and booking bars appear.
If you still see the old round corner button after updating, confirm on the Plugins screen that the plugin version is 1.94.0 or higher.
