The Guests tab in Conversion Kit Insights shows a lock icon instead of guest data.
Why this happens. Insights is included with every Conversion Kit install, and the Activity and Attribution tabs work fully without a license. The Guests tab contains the Guest Identity layer, which includes identified guest profiles, per-guest visit timelines, engagement cohorts, and the guest CSV export. This layer requires a Conversion Kit license.
What you can do. Add your license key under Conversion Kit → License. Access is granted immediately. Any guest profiles built before you add the license are preserved, so no historical data is lost.
