How the pairing works

Your PMS and your website, working together

01

Operations stay in your PMS

Keep using your PMS for property management, rates and availability. HomeRunner connects your WordPress website to that system; it does not replace your PMS.

02

Guests start on your website

Display properties, search and availability through HomeRunner. Guests book using the checkout option supported by your PMS and payment configuration.

03

The connection fits your PMS

Some PMS connections push updates through webhooks; others refresh on a schedule. Reservation and payment workflows depend on the supported integration.

Why the WordPress route

Built on WordPress — on purpose

A template, your theme, or a custom build

Keep an existing WordPress site, start from a studio template, or plan a custom design. HomeRunner provides the booking integration; website design and build services are scoped separately. Find a website expert.

Build around your own domain

Keep your website content, landing pages and analytics in WordPress. Develop your brand and organic-search strategy alongside booking functionality, with control over how your site is structured.

Subscription pricing, no booking percentage

HomeRunner subscription pricing is based on listing count, not a percentage of bookings. Payment-provider fees and any separately purchased website services still apply. See current HomeRunner pricing.

Before you connect

A few things worth knowing

Choose the right connection for your website, your PMS and the way you take bookings.

Which PMS platforms does HomeRunner connect to?

This directory covers Guesty Pro, Hostaway, OwnerRez, Hospitable, Hostfully, Lodgify, Streamline VRS and Track PMS. For individual capabilities and other supported connections, check the feature-support documentation.

Does every integration use the same checkout?

No. Checkout can run on your website or use a PMS-hosted page, depending on the integration and payment configuration. Sync methods and supported booking features also vary. Review your selected PMS integration before choosing a setup.

Can I keep my existing WordPress website?

Yes. HomeRunner can be added to an existing WordPress site. You can plan the booking integration separately from a redesign, or work with a website expert on a template or custom build. Confirm your theme, PMS account and checkout requirements during setup.
