If your HomeRunner site is connected to Hospitable, most of the booking process stays on your own domain, but the final payment step does not.
What stays on your domain. Property pages, search, availability, pricing, and the checkout form all run on your own domain.
Why payment moves to Hospitable. The final payment step sends your guest to Hospitable’s hosted booking page. This happens because Hospitable does not expose tokenized payment fields for third-party checkout.
Sites where payment stays on the domain. Reference sites that keep payment on their own domain are connected to a PMS that supports fully on-site checkout, such as Guesty Pro or Hostaway. The site build is the same either way. Which PMS you are connected to determines whether payment is handed off.
