Guesty guest-count fees above listing capacity

A Guesty fee triggered by guest count never applies to online bookings if its threshold is above the listing’s guest capacity.

Why this happens. Your website’s guest picker stops at the listing’s guest capacity, so guests booking online can never reach the threshold.

What you can do. To handle extra-guest charges, choose one option:

1. Raise the listing’s capacity and use Guesty’s extra guest fee for guests above a set count.
2. Convert the fee to a flat fee.
