Guesty listing missing from your website

A listing you have in Guesty does not appear on your HomeRunner website.

Why this happens. HomeRunner imports exactly the listings that Guesty exposes through its Booking Engine channel. A listing appears on your website only when it is set to Active and Listed for the booking engine in Guesty.

Units in a multi-unit complex. Units inside a multi-unit complex are commonly not published to the booking engine individually. In that case only the parent complex gets a page, and guests book through the complex page while Guesty assigns the unit.

Giving a unit its own page. To give an individual unit its own page and direct booking link:

  1. In Guesty, open the unit’s listing and make it Active and Listed for the Booking Engine.
  2. Wait for the next automatic sync, which runs roughly twice a day, or ask support to trigger a sync.
  3. The unit then gets its own property page on your website, and that page URL is the direct booking link.

Before you list a unit individually, check in Guesty how availability is shared between the unit and its parent complex, so the same inventory is not offered twice.

Tag filters. If your HomeRunner connection uses tag filters (allowed or excluded tags), a listing must also carry an allowed tag to sync.
