Travel insurance shows as an add-on stepper

On checkout, your travel insurance option appears as a regular add-on stepper instead of in the Travel protection section.

Why this happens. The Travel protection section recognizes an insurance fee only by its exact name as it comes from your PMS. If the name does not match an override row, the fee displays as a plain stepper.

What you can do.

  1. In WordPress, go to Toolkit > Travel protection.
  2. Add one override row for each name the fee uses.
  3. Set Treat as insurance to on for each row.
  4. Give each row the same display text, provider, and policy link.

If the fee is later renamed in your PMS, update the matching row. Until the name matches again, the section falls back to a plain stepper.
