Guest addresses collected at checkout may appear in Guesty notes instead of the guest profile address fields.
Why this happens. This is caused by a platform-side defect in how reservations were sent to Guesty. The correction took effect on 2026-07-12. Bookings made after it write the street, city, state, zip, and country into Guesty’s structured guest address fields. No plugin update or action on your part is required.
Confirming on your account. Place a test booking with the address fields filled in, then check the guest profile in Guesty.
Older bookings. Addresses from bookings made before the correction remain in the notes text and are not moved automatically.
