Google Vacation Rentals: hotel and motel rooms

Google Vacation Rentals only accepts whole properties. Google’s eligibility rules exclude individual rooms, partial homes, and hotel inventory, so hotel or motel rooms cannot be listed through that program.

For entire homes and apartments, your PMS’s Google Vacation Rentals integration works with a HomeRunner website. Guesty sends each listing to Google, and once the listing validates, Google links the guest to that property’s page on your own site.

Setting it up. The integration is configured in two places:

  1. In Guesty, go to Marketing and sales, Distribution, Google, and select the HomeRunner API key as the booking engine.
  2. On your website, go to HomeRunner, Settings, Sync Settings, Source Mapping, and set Additional Property Slug Source to Source Id.
