HomeRunner displays guest reviews on your site automatically for some PMS connections, but not all.
Supported PMS connections. HomeRunner syncs guest reviews from Guesty, Hostaway, Hospitable, OwnerRez, Hostfully, and Boom.
Airbnb reviews. On Guesty, Hostaway, Hospitable, and OwnerRez, Airbnb reviews come through each PMS’s own Airbnb connection, so you do not need to set up anything extra. On Hostfully, Airbnb reviews reach your site only when your Hostfully account is connected to Revyoos, which collects the Airbnb reviews and passes them into Hostfully.
Track, Lodgify, and Streamline. These connections do not sync reviews today. If you use one of these platforms, a review aggregator such as Reva or Revyoos is the way to display reviews on your site.
