Host reports 502 errors from HomeRunner endpoints

Your hosting provider may say that HomeRunner endpoints are overloading your server and causing 502 errors.

Why this happens. The HomeRunner REST endpoints may appear frequently in a host’s URL summaries, but they are not themselves slow.

What you can do. Check your host’s slow-query log before looking at URL counts. Queries taking tens of seconds identify the actual bottleneck. Send the host’s full report to HomeRunner support, including both the slow-query section and the URL summary, so the slow-query data can be used to pinpoint the root cause.
