Guesty property not showing on your site

A property in Guesty does not appear on your HomeRunner website, even though the Booking Engine API is connected.

Why this happens. HomeRunner only receives listings that Guesty actively publishes to a booking channel. Each property must be both included in the Booking Engine API channel and flagged to list on booking channels. Setting the Booking Engine API to "All Properties" is not enough on its own.

What to do. Work through these steps:

  1. Confirm the Booking Engine API keys are created according to the HomeRunner guide on connecting your Guesty account.
  2. Under Distribution in Guesty, confirm the property is included in the Booking Engine API channel. Assigning "All Properties" to that channel counts.
  3. Connect the listing to the direct booking channel inside Guesty.
  4. On the property itself, turn on the List on booking channels toggle. Until this toggle is enabled, Guesty treats the property as not connected to any channel and does not send it through the API, even when the previous steps are complete.

Once all four steps are done, the property comes through on the next scheduled HomeRunner sync and appears on your website.

The custom booking engine domain setting in Guesty is not required for HomeRunner.
