When parent listings are synced, each Guesty multi-unit (MTL) parent imports into HomeRunner as a room-category listing with its unit count. Each one becomes its own bookable page with its own photos, description, and calendar.
How guests book. Guests browse to the property, choose the apartment type and their dates, and book that type. The specific physical unit is then assigned in Guesty after booking, similar to how a hotel assigns rooms.
Letting guests choose a specific unit. If you want guests to select a specific numbered unit with its own dedicated photo set, that unit must be independently listed to the Guesty Booking Engine. It then imports as its own listing page.
Using both models. Both models can run side by side in the same account, with some inventory as type-level parents and some as individually listed units.
