You can keep your Cloudflare zone in your own Cloudflare account while HomeRunner manages the worker.
The own-domain setup in the HomeRunner dashboard deploys the worker into your Cloudflare account using an API token that you create, scoped to that zone. You retain ownership of the zone, and HomeRunner operates through the token you provide.
