# Keeping your Cloudflare zone in your account

You can keep your Cloudflare zone in your own Cloudflare account while HomeRunner manages the worker.

The **own-domain setup** in the HomeRunner dashboard deploys the worker into your Cloudflare account using an API token that you create, scoped to that zone. You retain ownership of the zone, and HomeRunner operates through the token you provide.

Still stuck? [Contact the HomeRunner team](https://homerunner.io/contact/) with your site address and what you tried, and we take it from there.
