When a guest’s search in the Explorer returns no properties, you can change what they see. There are three built-in options.
Change the message text. Use the No items text field in Explorer settings to replace the default "No properties found" wording with your own explanation.
Show recommended properties. Use the Explorer’s recommendation settings to display featured properties, or properties with tags you choose, beneath the no-results message. This way your guests always see booking options.
Explain minimum stay results. If you have Toolkit 3.195.0 or later, the Explorer Dynamic Min Stay module automatically replaces the generic message when a search fails because of minimum stay requirements. It shows an explanation and a one-click suggestion for a longer stay.
There are no template filters or developer hooks for the zero-results markup. These settings are the supported customization points.
