On your listings or Explorer results page, the original filter bar still appears instead of the Search Bar Pro filter bar.
Why this happens. The replacement depends on two plugins working together. The HomeRunner Toolkit supplies the Search Bar Pro filter UI, and the main HomeRunner plugin has to make the Explorer’s filter area available for replacement. An older version of the main HomeRunner plugin does not do this, so the Toolkit’s replacement bar has nothing to attach to and the original filter bar renders unchanged.
How to fix it.
- Update the main HomeRunner plugin to the current version. This is the core plugin, not the Toolkit.
- Confirm that the HomeRunner Toolkit is also current and that the Search Bar Pro module is enabled.
- Clear caching, including any page or object cache, then reload the listings page.
Updating the Toolkit alone does not fix this. The version of the main HomeRunner plugin is what blocks the replacement.
After the update, the Search Bar Pro bar renders in place of the previous filter row, and changing filters refreshes the results grid and map in place rather than reloading the page.
