Your Klaviyo script is installed, but the popup form does not appear on your website.
Why this happens. The popup is controlled from your Klaviyo account, not from the website. Two settings in Klaviyo decide whether it appears. First, the form must be published. A draft form never renders on the site, even though the script loads. Second, the form’s targeting rules must allow your website. A rule limiting the form to specific URLs or sites silently prevents it from showing.
What to do.
- Log into Klaviyo and open the form under Sign-up Forms.
- Publish the form.
- Check its Targeting & Behaviors settings for any rule restricting which sites or pages it displays on.
Once the form is published with no restricting rule, the popup appears on the next page load. No change on the website side is needed.
