OwnerRez connected but no properties sync

Your OwnerRez connection shows as active and your credentials are valid, but no properties appear after you sync.

Why this happens. The most common cause is that the API app was not granted access to your properties when you first authorized it in OwnerRez. The authorization covers only the properties selected on the OwnerRez approval screen at that moment. Any properties you add or activate in OwnerRez after the initial connection are not included in the existing grant.

What you can do.

  1. Log in to your OwnerRez account and open the connected app’s authorization settings.
  2. Confirm that all of your active properties are included in the app’s access grant.
  3. If they are not, reconnect and re-authenticate the OwnerRez connection. On the OwnerRez approval screen, grant access to all properties rather than a subset.
  4. Once access is confirmed, re-run the sync from your dashboard. Your properties should begin importing.
  5. Turn on automatic sync to keep things current.

If properties still do not appear. After you reconnect with full access granted, check that the listings exist and are active in your OwnerRez account. Finish setting them up in OwnerRez so they show as active in your OwnerRez dashboard, then reconnect and sync again.

Property descriptions. OwnerRez also requires the WordPress Plugin Integration add-on to be enabled on your OwnerRez subscription for property descriptions to sync. Without it, you see a separate error after your properties appear.
