# AI Concierge settings page is blank

If you manage a large property portfolio, the HomeRunner AI Concierge settings page in wp-admin can appear blank.

**Why this happens.** This is a bug in the HomeRunner AI Concierge plugin that affects large property portfolios. It is fixed in version 1.109.1, released July 22, 2026.

**What to do.** Update the plugin to version 1.109.1 or later.

1. In wp-admin, go to **Dashboard → Updates**.
2. Click **Check again** if needed.
3. Update **HomeRunner AI Concierge** to 1.109.1 or later.

After you update, the settings page loads normally. The **Photo Analysis** and **Property KB** tabs page through your properties 25 to 50 at a time and include a search box that covers your whole portfolio.
